WAYNE COUNTY, MI – Police recovered a stolen excavator after the driver of a semi-truck crashed into an overpass in Wayne County.

Michigan State Police in Detroit responded to the crash, which occurred on westbound I-94 at the Frontenac Avenue overpass at 9:50 a.m. on Sunday.
